Rockbridge SPCA Medical Clinic

The Rockbridge SPCA transformed a former rental house on its property into a new medical clinic to support its animal care services.
Built in the late 1950s, the ranch-style house had provided supplemental rental income for the organization. When the need for a clinic arose in 2024, the house’s upcoming vacancy presented an opportunity to adapt the existing building for a new purpose.
Dominion Seven worked with the SPCA to develop the clinic’s floor plan and conceptual design. Following approval of the concept, the firm prepared construction documents and provided bidding services for the renovation.
The new medical clinic opened to the public in June 2026.
